O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent Police to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime No.323 of 2022 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Veerapandi Police Station, Theni District, and conclude the same within a time frame as specified by this Court and to file the Final Report forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that after completing the investigation, Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, on 30.09.2023, through E-filing No.4399 of 2023.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), there shall be direction to the concerned trial Court to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
