ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of investigation and enquiry in civil dispute based on the representation, dated 04.12.2023.

2. The third respondent gave a complaint against this petitioner and the same was enquired in CSR.No.619 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides gave a statement that they will work out the remedy through civil court proceedings or settle the issue among themselves. Based on the said undertaking, the said complaint was closed. Subsequent to that, there was no complaint given by the 4th respondent. Further, the petitioner gave a complaint against the counter parties stating that he was abused and insulted by them and the same was enquired and closed on the basis of the undertaking given by both sides. 2/4

3. Since both the parties have given an undertaking nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Let the parties work out the remedy through appropriate civil proceedings in the manner known to law.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
