ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who arrayed as accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.11.2023 for the offences punishable under 1/3

Sections 294(b) and 307 IPC, in Crime No. 1369 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioner herein has attacked the defacto complainant's son with knife and caused grievous injuries and also abused him in filthy language. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 14.11.2023 and seeks bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that due to previous motive, the petitioner herein has attacked the defacto complainant's son with knife and caused grievous injuries and hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that the injured has sustained grievous injuries, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
