PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st to 3rd Respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the R4.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st to 3rd Respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the R4. 2.It is stated that the complaint has been given by the fourth respondent against this petitioner and others stating that the property originally belongs to them and patta was wrongly transferred to one Rasu. Taking advantage of the above said transfer, this petitioner along with the other accused persons alleged to have executed documents by impersonation. The enquiry is now underway.

3.Since it is a case of alleged impersonation, let the petitioner appear before the third respondent and co-operate to complete the enquiry. Depending upon the enquiry process, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
