2. The petitioner questions the impugned surcharge order passed under Section 87 of the Co-operative Societies Act. When the petitioner can very well move the Co-operative Tribunal, the question of the Writ Court entertaining the challenge does not arise. 2/4

3. The petitioner is granted liberty to file an appeal before the Co-operative Tribunal.
