ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's representation dated 5/12/2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted . During the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and gave a statement that they will settle the issue among themselves. On the basis of the statement, the petitioner's representation was closed.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
