O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, to dispose of the above Charge Sheet in C.C.No.267 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial process is going on.

4. Considering the request of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.267 of 2017 and complete the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
