ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.1 and 2 to execute the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the Respondent No.4/Accused No.2 from 1.12.2021 in CC.No.50 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Kovilpatti. 2.The petitioner is the complainant in this case. On the basis of his complaint, C.C.No.50 of 2021 is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Kovilpatti, against the respondents 3 and 4. On 01.12.2021, since the fourth is absent, non bailable warrant was issued against him on that day. So far, it was not executed by the respondent police. Therefore, the case is pending before the trial Court without any progress. Hence, this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the warrant will be executed by the respondent police within a period of one 2/5
month.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to execute the above said non bailable warrant issued against the fourth respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After execution of the warrant, the trial Court shall expedite the trial process and complete the same within a period of five months thereafter.
5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
