ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.Since the petitioner is not having patta in his favour, the question of directing survey at this instance cannot arise for the present. The petitioner's rights in that regard are left open. 3.The petitioner has applied for issuance of patta. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall issue notice to all the interested parties before passing final order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
