ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition having come up on for orders on this day under caption " Extension of time and upon perusing earlier order of this court dated 20.12.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge,Tenkasi in D.No.5150,dated 19.09.2024, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.316 of 2011.

2.This Court has already allowed the civil revision petition by order dated 20.12.2023 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.316 of 2011 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the case in O.S.No.316 of 2011.
