Heard both sides.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the community temple has been locked by the fifth respondent. The petitioner even names the concerned Police official. The petitioner has given a representation before the second respondent. The second respondent will immediately conduct an enquiry and find out under what provision of law or authority of law, the Police official had locked the petition mentioned temple. If 2/4

the second respondent is satisfied that without any such authority the temple has been locked, the lock will be removed forthwith and without any delay. The second respondent will take a decision in this regard within a period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
