ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 12.09.2025 and to initiate action against the 3rd respondent under section 206 of the Tamilnadu Panchayat Act, 1994, within a time frame stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice."

2. Considering the fact that the President has already been removed and her challenge to the same has also been rejected by this Court with liberty to file an appeal and the appeal filed by her is also pending, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance 2/4

with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
