2. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, has sent a letter in D.No.1662 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.13 of 2023 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.12.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.13 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
