Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Theni to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day on his surrender in Crime No.347 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. V.Thirumal, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the Respondents No.1 and 2, , this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19647 of 2023 dated 03.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply with the condition as prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19647 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. "
