ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to transfer the enquiry of the Petitioners complaint dated 04.12.2023 on the 2nd Respondent or any other independent investigation agency to investigate in accordance with law. 2.The complaint was given by this petitioner against the private respondents stating that as if he was criminally intimidated and assaulted. The complaint was dated 04.12.2023 enquired in C.No.G4/132317/2627/23, by the Inspector of Police Thuraiyur. Similarly, the counter complaint has been given by Pandian against this petitioner stating that this petitioner took away the vehicle which belongs to his sister on hire basis. Later, he failed to return the vehicle and Switched off his mobile phone also. That is pending in C.S.R.No.311 of 2023 before the Pulivalam Police Station.

3.Let both the complaints be enquired by the Inspector Police, Thuraiyur Police Station, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry let the second respondent take further action and the parties can workout their remedies, if so aggrieved.

4.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
