ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 06.12.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the 3rd respondent herein, who is the sister of the petitioner has given a complaint against the petitioner that he is keeping her documents viz., Aadhar Card and Pan Card etc., During the course of enquiry, the documents are handed over by the petitioner to the complainant and hence, further action was dropped in the said complaint.
3. In view of the said submission nothing survives for consideration in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as un-necessary.
