ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Sanitary Worker of the fourth respondent Corporation, who attained superannuation on 31.01.2022.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner had retired from service on 31.01.2022. Other than the earned leave, no other benefits has so far been disbursed to the writ petitioner. The petitioner has also sent a representation to all the authorities on 26.10.2023. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed. 2/5

Considering the financial constrains expressed by the fourth respondent Corporation, this Court is inclined to direct the fourth respondent to disburse the entire terminal benefits on or before 31.05.2024. In case if there is any delay beyond 31.05.2024, the unpaid terminal benefits will carry 6% interest from 01.06.2024 onwards.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
