ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3 placed on record the communication of the Treasury Officer addressed to the petitioner on 22.10.2025 informing him that the office of the Additional Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar, had received his terminal benefits and calling upon him to produce various documents for processing and forwarding the payment.

2. In view of the subsequent communication placed before this Court, this Court is satisfied that the order has been complied with. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed.
