This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.608 of 2010, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, and to quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the private complaint in C.C.No.608 of 2010 itself dismissed on 10.02.2014. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
