This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2010 on the file of first respondent Police Station.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that charge sheet stands filed before the learned Magistrate concerned, but the same has not been taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition, shall stand dismissed. The learned Magistrate is directed to consider the charge sheet filed in the matter without any further delay.
