ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a positive mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue re-employment order for the petitioner in the post of Associate Professor, Computer Science Department in the 3rd respondent college till the end of the academic year i.e. till 31.05.2026 by considering the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent college dated 18.09.2025 in the light of G.O.(Ms) No.192, Higher Education (F-1) Department dated 12.11.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the petitioner's proposal sent by the third respondent had been returned on certain defects that it has not been signed by the Moderator Commissary.

3. In such view of the matter, the third respondent is directed to submit the proposal without any defects within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt of the proposal to be submitted by the third respondent, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on or before 30.10.2025.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
