ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 24.05.2011, made in Cr.R.C.No.31 of 2010, on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, FTC No.1, Trichy, confirming the order dated 25.11.2009, made in Cr.M.P.No.3236 of 2009 in C.C.No.71 of 2009, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Manapparai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the trial in C.C.No.71 of 2009 was completed and the Trial Court acquitted the petitioners from the charges levelled against them.

3.In view of the above subsequent developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
