O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law under the garb of conducting an inquiry into a complaint lodged by the third respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.26 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and this petitioner gave an undertaking that they will resolve the issue at the Jamath level. Based upon the above said statement, the above said enquiry was closed on 06.10.2023.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
