Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" for non appearance of the petitioner and thereafter, the said caption was removed, based on the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Again when the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.02.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default, since the revision is in the year of 2011.
