ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.09.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the pursuant to the complaint of the third respondent, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the second respondent on 17.10.2025 as it disclosed only a civil dispute.
3. Recording the said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
