PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Respondent No.2 herein to not to harass the Petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the Respondent No.3.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the the Respondent No.2 herein to not to harass the Petitioner on the 1/4

guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the Respondent No.3.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner as well as the third respondent is pending before the respondent police, for enquiry. 3.Let both the complaints be enquired in proper manner. Let the enquiry process be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action may be taken by the second respondent herein. If any trouble arises to both the parties, they can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no harassment at this stage. Let the parties co-operate with the respondent police to complete the process of the enquiry.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
