ORDER

By relying on patta No.1157, the petitioner had applied for survey of lands in S.No.47/3A1A.

2.Learned Government Advocate has handed over a copy of the report dated 20.06.2025 along with the survey sketch. On that basis, he submits that the survey was carried out on 20.06.2025. This is denied by the petitioner, who is present in person. Learned Government Advocate also states that the boundary stones could not be fixed in view of objections by owners of adjacent lands.

In view of the categorical denial that a survey was conducted coupled with the fact that the petitioner has not signed the report/petitioner's statement, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- a) The Tahsildar is directed to issue fresh notice to the petitioner and owners of relevant adjacent lands, including Sakthivel Das, Ponnambalam Das and Thangavel. After considering objections, if any, from the said persons, the land in S.No.447/3A1A of the extent of 30.28 ares shall be measured and the boundaries thereof fixed in the presence of the petitioner and the owners of 2/4

adjacent lands. The entire process shall be concluded within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If necessary, the Revenue officials may avail of the assistance of jurisdictional police. No costs. NCC : Yes/No 17.11.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No RJR To
