PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 21.08.2025 regarding with survey and fix the 1/4

By relying on sale deed dated 19.07.2016 and patta No.635, the petitioner seeks a survey of land in S.No.519/2C1A1A for purposes of fixing the boundaries of the pathway.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He has placed on record a sketch relating to the property. He points out that the pathway runs through multiple parcels of land on both sides and that notice should be given to the owners of such adjoining lands before a decision is taken on the petitioner's request. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd and 5th respondents to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to owners of all adjoining lands and considering 2/4
