Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 28.07.2023 in P.Mu.P4/12741/2018 of the second respondent herein and quash the same.

For Petitioner : Mr.R.Murali For R1 to R4 : Mr.D.Sadiq Raja Additional Government Pleader For R5 : Mr.S.Bageerathan For R6 : Mr.S.Bala Karthick C O M M O N O R D E R Though the learned counsel for the fifth respondent in W.P.(MD) No.30988 of 2023 submitted that the learned counsels for the petitioner have been deliberately delaying the matter, having obtained an interim stay from this Court on 22.12.2023, this Court, by order dated 04.12.2025, had specifically granted reasonable time to the learned counsel for the petitioner in both cases to file the translated versions of the relevant documents, which are in Tamil, subject to a specific condition that in the event of failure to file the translated copies, these Writ Petitions shall stand dismissed. However, till date, no translated copy has been filed. Even so, the learned counsels for the petitioner seek further time. Page No. 3 of 5
