ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.472 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police in so far as the petitioner/accused No.4 is concerned. 2.The grounds raised by the petitioner are factual in nature. Therefore, the petitioner shall bring those facts to the notice of the investigating authority and place such documents also before them. The investigating authority will dispassionately consider everything and thereafter, only conclude the investigation. If only the petitioner is still aggrieved after the investigation is over, he can always approach as against the final report. Therefore, finding that the arguments raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are on the factual contentions, I am unable to interfere by way of quashing the FIR at this stage. 3.In view thereof, with the above liberty preserved to the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The respondent police shall also complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible, 2/4
