2.When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.18965 of 2023 dated 04.08.2023 has been complied with and the request of the petitioner for grant of patta has been rejected in view of the appeal filed by one of the rival claimants to the property. The order of rejection has already been communicated to the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
