This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the FIR in connection with the case in Crime No.355/2023 dated 26.10.2023, pending investigation on the file of the second respondent police to any other competent authority or CBCID, Tirunelveli District and conduct a fair investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed.
