O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2023 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.
2.It is a issue between the contractor and his client. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in C.P.No.1533 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, finding that it is a civil issue between the parties, it was closed by advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said liberty this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
