ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.493 of 2007, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur. The said case ended in conviction, the accused were only fined. Questioning this judgment, this criminal revision case came to be filed.

2.It is seen that the accused faced trial for the offence under Sections 447, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C. They were found guilty of the offence in respect of Sections 447 and 294(b) of I.P.C. and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1,500/-. It is not in dispute that the petitioner did not suffer any injury. Even though the accused were said to have been armed, the petitioner did not suffer any injury and since more than 12 years elapsed, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this point of time. The judgment passed by the Court below is sustained and the criminal revision case stands dismissed.
