ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to he 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint given by the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioners representation, dated 07.12.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no complaint has been given by the third respondent against the petitioner. Only representation was made by this petitioner to various authorities in response to the complaint given by the third respondent.

3.Since no complaint has been received against the petitioner, so far nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as unnecessary.
