ORDER

This application is filed to condone the delay of 301 days in preferring the review application to review the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.11524 /2020 dated 11.01.2023.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate for the petitioners/review petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is to be seen that for condoning the delay of 301 days in filing the review application, no reasonable grounds have been raised. In review proceedings, this Court could review an order only when there is an error apparent on the face of the record. In the present case on hand, there is no error apparent on the face of record. At this juncture, the learned counsel prays this Court for liberty to file an appeal against the order of this court.

4. In view of the above, the application to condone the delay is dismissed. Consequently, the review application stands rejected at the SR stage itself.
