O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the the 1st and 2nd respondent to accord adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb from the hands of the 3rd respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.10.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner from other community, there was a life threat to the petitioner at the hands of the 3rd respondent police, who is the father-in-law of the petitioner and now, she became pregnant and hence, seeks police protection.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has not co-operated for enquiry and she has made quarrel at the time of enquiry.

4. Let the enquiry be concluded by the concerned respondents police within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by summoning both the petitioner as well as the 2/4

private parties. Both the parties are directed to co-operate for enquiry.
