ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering petitioners representation dated 21.11.2023.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's representation enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil issue. Therefore, by advising the parties to work out remedy through civil proceedings, the petitioner's representation was closed.
3. In view of the above submission, I find absolutely no reason to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
