This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No. 165 of 2023 dated 04.12.2023 on the file of the first respondent Police as against the petitioners herein. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped and RCS notice was also served to the complainant.

3. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected Criminal miscellaneous petition stands closed.
