Respondent/Respondent/ Complainant Prayer : This Criminal Revision is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to Judgment passed in Crl.A.No.64 of 2002, dated 14.03.2006 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge(Fast Track Court), Dindigul, by confirming the Judgment passed in C.C.No.590 of 1994 dated 05.06.2002 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Dindigul and set aside both the Judgments by allowing this Criminal Revision petition.

ORDER
None appears for the petitioners.
2. It is seen that they were charged for the offence under Section 420 of I.P.C. The learned trial Magistrate convicted and sentenced the petitioners to undergo imprisonment till the rising of the Court and also to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as fine. The Judgment of the trial Magistrate was confirmed in C.A.No.64 of 2002, dated 14.03.2006 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul. Challenging the same, this Criminal Revision has been filed.
3. I am of the view that the Judgments passed by the Courts below does not warrant any interference. I find no ground to interfere with the Judgments of the Courts below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The Judgments passed by the Courts below are affirmed. This Criminal Revision petition stands dismissed, accordingly. No costs.
