This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to take necessary action against the 3rd and 4th respondents based on the petitioner's complaint and CSR.No.270 of 2023, dated 08.11.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and submitted that they resolved their issues between them amicably and hence, the said complaint was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
