Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint that in respect of Madathiammal, two conflicting death certificates have been issued. In one certificate, the date of death has been mentioned as 16.11.2006. In the other one, the date of death has been mentioned as 21.08.2010.

3. The second respondent is directed to enquire into this complaint and take remedial action. This exercise shall be completed by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
