When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner request for issuance of patta was not accepted. After the petitioner obtains patta in his favour, the petitioner can submit an application for conducting survey. The petitioner's request cannot be accepted for the present. 2/4
