ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.02.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 506(ii), 294(b), 109, 114 & 212 of IPC, in Crime No. 1031 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Since the complaint comes under Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, this petition is listed today under the caption 'for maintainability'. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently objected to entertain this bail application.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the concerned appellate Court.
