ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 14.09.2023 expeditiously.
2. I have heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, though the petitioner has sought for direction to the second respondent, it is seen from the records that the petitioner's appeal has been filed only before the first respondent on 14.09.2023, a direction is issued to the first respondent to hear the petitioner's appeal, after affording fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 6, shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
