RESPONDENT/DEFACTO COMPLAINANT PRAYER : This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for the records relating to C.C.No.155 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli and quash the same.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 14.03.2018 and the requisition letter from the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, in D.No.1640/2018 dated 20.07.2018, this Court made the following order:- " In view of the reasons given by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, in his letter, dated 20.07.2018, time is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, finally, for the disposal of the proceedings in C.C.No.155 of 2008. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted at any cost and the learned Trial Judge should strictly adhere to the time schedule".
