Heard both sides.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the fifth respondent had put up a wall on an existing wall belonging to the Public Works Department.

3. We are not satisfied that a case for issuing direction has been made out. If the fifth respondent had committed any encroachment, then this Court would intervene. We do not notice any encroachment. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
