The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.545 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Karungal Police Station, Kanyakumari District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after due investigation, the respondents police closed the complaint as "further action dropped" on 12.04.2014.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
