PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling the records relating to the impugned memorandum dated 17.09.2025 in proceedings Na.Ka.A4/1817/2025 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue notice of resurvey pertaining to S.F.No. 135A/2Q to an extent of 1.50 Ares, hear the petitioners objections with personal hearing, pass necessary orders and proceed afresh in accordance with law.
