This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.63 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kalakadu Police Station and quash the same.

2.The petitioner herein arrayed as A1 in Crime No.63 of 2013 on the file of the respondent Police.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that in the above said case, after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 12.02.2018 before the Court concerned.

4.Recording the above statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
